Well, I just ordered an Akatsuki cloak off Amazon (Should be here as early as Thursday!) and a Sasori wig. I need to still buy Temari’s wig…
I have the fan all painted the base color, which is nice. I just need to get paint for the purple ‘stars’ and then it’ll be done. Except for the fact that if I leave it folded for a long time, the paint tends to chip off and stick to itself in tiny pieces… I don’t know how to fix that save for extended drying time this summer…
And I only need to make the pattern and sew Temari’s kimono, cuz I already have all the fabric I need for that one :D I have most of what I need for Sasori, with the exception of creating his entire damn torso.. I’ll use EVA foam to make the armor-type look.
So yeah, that’s what I’ve got so far :D
So yesterday my sister asked if I was wearing false eyelashes and I got really pleased because no they were just my own eyelashes uwu
THERE IS A LOCAL CAT THAT ROAMS THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND SHE JUST HAS KITTENS UNDER MY NEIGHBOR’S HOUSE AND MY NEIGHBOR IS TRYING TO GET RID OF THEM I WANT TO TAKE THEM IN SO BADLY AAAAAAA ;n;
The worst part about having a ton of skills and hobbies is that although you get pretty good at a lot of stuff, you’re never gonna be the best. People say all the time that “you’re so multi-talented, and that’s so amazing!” But there will be someone better than you in everything because they can only do that one thing, so they devote all they’ve got to it. The second-best guy is never recognized, no matter what you can do. If you’re pretty good at art and pretty good at math, but there’s a kid who’s really good at art and one really good at math, then sucks to be you. You might be able to do both, but if there’s a scholarship or departmental award it’s not going to you. People say being a jack of all trades is what you wanna do, but sometimes being the king or queen wouldn’t be bad..
